PostHeaderIcon Most Popular Online Gambling Games

Online gambling has increased so much, as the net grows so do the users. It is predicted that within the next few years any online form of gambling will wipe out the real casinos. So what are the most popular games online and why? Let us take a brief look.

Poker

Online poker is in all likelihood the most popular game on the net. I think one of the many reasons behind this is because of the fact that you are playing against opponents and its not in the computers hands to make you win or lose. As long as you have the skill and the know how you could end up winning a lot of money.

Bingo

Bingo is a great game to play and its quite easy. Most of the times the computer calls out the number and stamps your card for you too, so all you have to do is sit back and watch. Online bingo also targets people of all ages, unlike real life bingo which only attracts the older generation.

Roulette

Again roulette is quite an easy game to play online and its what a lot of newbies tend to stick too. But the difference about playing roulette in casino and playing online is what in actual fact puts a lot of people off. In person I do not feel that roulette is about science, but more about chance. So if you are playing in a casino then there is a 50/50 percent chance that the ball is going to land on your colour. But playing online can be slightly different as the system can or cannot be programmed toonly make you win money once a certain amount has been deposited into the whole site.

PostHeaderIcon My Poker Job

I am a full time journalist and cover a wide variety of stories throughout the UK. To be fair I do see myself quite good at my job, I do like to publicise news stories and that is my main role in my line of work. This being said, after some breaking news broke out that Russian casinos would be closing down my boss gave me a new project to work on. My main assignment was to spend a day in a UK casino working around and seeing what people are actually like.

To be fair I had never been to a casino in my life as I was not genuinely in that type of crowd, so it was rather a nerve wrenching matter to do. Anyhow one of the casinos let me come in and work for the day. When I actually got to the casino they assigned me the poker moderators role. Which would fundamentally oversee all of the dealings and money on the board.

But as well as this one of my main duties was to actually see how people in the casino act and report on it all. We have all seen the programmes on Tv where they follow around intoxicated people on Saturday nights that then begin to ill-treat people, I was going to see if this was the case for casinos and why they are so frowned upon.

Towards the middle of the night a lot of people started getting inebriated and many people were losing rather a bit of money. While I was waiting for something to quick on the atmosphere was very pleasant. Even though people were losing their hard earned cash, they just continued to laugh and smile. There was one young boy who started a bit of bother and finally got thrown out. But because the gambling casino is full on adults it was a great deal more pleasant than I would have expected.
